Reservations
All treatments require a previous reservation. Treatments can be reserved personally at the reception at the Medical Centre Rogaška, by phone or via e-mail.
Arrival
To start each treatment at the Medical Centre Rogaška in a relaxed way we ask you to arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of the treatment. If you are late, the treatment will unfortunately not be carried out entirely.
We also ask:
- to switch your mobile phone off when arriving to the Medical Centre Rogaška;
- do not carry valuable personal possessions (jewellery, keys, mobile phones, etc.) with you.
The Medical Centre Rogaška staff are not responsible in the event of theft.
Payment
We kindly ask that you pay the services before starting the treatment. Payment is possible in cash or by credit card.
Changing the therapy schedule
If you wish to change the confirmed scheduled time of your appointment, you may do so 2-times at the most. For any further changes we must charge you a fee of €20.00 for each changed scheduled appointment, for individual services.
Cancellation of a reservation
If you wish to cancel a reserved treatment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. For uncancelled treatments we will charge their full price even though they will not be used.
Gift vouchers
Surprise your loved ones with a gift voucher. Give them a path towards health.
Give a gift voucher for any treatment at the Medical Centre Rogaška or leave the choice up to the recipient of the gift voucher. Gift vouchers can be bought at the reception, ordered by phone or e-mail.

The price list is valid from 1 January 2011. All prices are listed in euros and are VAT inclusive. In accordance with item 1 of the first paragraph of Article 42 of the Value Added Tax Act, health serviced are exempt from VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to prices.
