Kinesiotherapy is a method which represents the basis of physical therapy, since it uses exercise as a treatment.

It is a medical science and the basis of physical therapy which uses various methods and techniques.

It includes different therapeutic exercises which include active, passive and assisted exercises, stretching, resistance exercise, functional exercise, coordination exercise, balance, endurance, proprioception, breathing exercises, relaxation exercises, walking exercises etc.

We perform:

  • Individual therapeutic exercises where the physiotherapist selects the most appropriate exercises, supervises their performance, motivates and gives tips for a healthy lifestyle and provides tips for exercising at home.
  • Medical group gymnastics, where active exercises with help of various equipment, exercises to improve circulation, breathing exercises, relaxation exercises, stretching and pilates are performed. 
  • Relaxing energy techniques, which include various breathing techniques, guided meditation, techniques for energy collection and grounding, Indian magic gestures, Kundalini, Thai Chi, techniques for opening the heart chakra, detoxification techniques and numerous other techniques.
  • Pelvic floor muscle training for the prevention and treatment of incontinence.
